Can my business participate in this Japan Relief fund drive?Yes! All profit proceeds from the American Cup will go to the American Red Cross Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami Relief Fund. That includes the money received from business advertisements appearing in the American Cup program.
The American Cup program is given to every fan who enters the door. Your advertisement would be seen by many, many people. The long history of the American Cup indicates this will be well over a thousand fans. The American Cup is a special 35th Anniversary event. The American Cup always gets good media attention, but the World Oyama Karate Organization is working extra hard this year to get good pre-event coverage both in print and broadcast media. Bottom line - this year's American Cup attendance is expected to be the highest in many years. If you advertise in the American Cup program, your good name and the name of your business will be associated with this worthy and much needed fundraising effort.
To place an ad in the American Cup Program, download this instruction sheet and ad layout page [coming soon!] to help you prepare your ad. (Note: The tournament is called the "Ultimate Challenge" on these pages which was its name in earlier years, but this is information for the "American Cup" tournament.) Mail with your check to:
