Here is an update on Pete Brewer left in message comments by his daughter Neva Katheryn (Kathy) Gilliland. Kathy entered this as a comment under the initial posting on 7 July regarding her father’s illness. We’re making this a separate entry so that all will notice Pete and Neva Brewer’s address.

They are keeping daddy in a chemically induced coma. They inserted a feeding tube today. The doctor said the next 48 hours are very crucial on whether daddy will recover or not. There is a lot of damage to his heart and lungs. Mother is doing what has to be done and holding up like the trooper she is. Michele is coming in tomorrow from Arkansas. Mother and Daddy's address is 1412 University Avenue, Monroe, LA 71203. Thank you all for your prayers.
